What ever happened to #1: Tristero

This is the first of a "probably" regular series asking about what happened to frequenters of Destructoid who have not been seen in a while, now I actually have no idea about where Tristero is, that's why I'm asking the blogging community.

Tristero was a man who used to write funny and interesting blogs, then he won last year's PAX contest with this video and became an editor (permanantly I believe). He has a brother on the site called walnutthewise who, like his brother, used to post but no longer does.

Any information would be helpful.
