TGIF Open Thread!

Good morning Destructoid! It's that wonderful time of the week! It's Friday!

So very happy it's here because this has been a stressful work week. Our entire job has pretty much changed and I'm no longer 100% confident what my actual job is supposed to be...It's very hybrid and I'm not liking the changes. Sucks but oh well. Think I'm going to update my resume and start applying for new jobs this weekend. Took the gamble with a new job and it didn't work out. Sucks but shit happens right? If I decide to leave, I'll be able to find something else in my field.

First, going to enjoy some Pizza and wings with the gf's family...tonight or tomorrow. I'm awful at remembering this stuff lol. Haven't seen them in a bit so it will be nice to catch up. Tomorrow or Sunday, we're going to go see the new Thor movie! So I'm hoping we both like that.

I'm playing Demon's Souls for the first time. I would just like to say, those bridge gargoyal demon twin a-holes were a massive pain in the ass. I ended up running back and forth and just firing arrows from afar and hitting them a few times when they got close and then ran away and fired away again. Got knocked off that damn small ass bridge like 8 times lol. Overall, I'm liking the game a lot. Currently at some big blind monk swinging a big ass sword. I died once and called it a night. Going to pick up where I left off today after work.
