Finally finished Divinity: Original Sin 2. Very long game but so worth it. Loved the story and combat was so fun. Some really well written characters here. Still suck at these games though. Even playing on easy, Some battles absolutely kicked my ass.

First week at the new job is going good so far! It's all training and whatnot though, so I'll have to wait until I'm about a month in to give an accurate update on how much I like it. Seems cool so far though! TGIF up over in the blogs! Come say hi!

Midnight Fight Express is fun but holy hell is the pacing incredibly annoying. The amount of stop and go in this game is insane. Every time I start to get a decent flow going, the action stops. The levels are also way to small.

What's something that annoys you in video games? For me, when devs feel the need to reward your exploration with something small or useless. Like way at the end of a long path, Trials of Mana for example gave me a piece of candy...Thanks.

So, remember that job I got a few months back that I was so excited for? It was a nightmare. Most unorganized place I've ever worked for. On 8/24, myself and a few others on my team were laid off. So I've been stressing quite a bit. Good news in comments!

The gf and I just got a professional Swedish/Thai massage combo for the very first time and it was awesome. A bit painful at times but still felt great. I definitely feel very relaxed after and it was much needed after a rough week. Highly recommend.

Today fucking sucked. Head hurts. Drowning headache with coffee. On the bright side, I have a phone interview set up with a new company that's fully remote and the starting pay is good so wish me luck! TGIF is up over in the blogs! Don't be a stranger!

Anybody else have any weird habits when playing games? I can't help but notice fun skate spots in games that have absolutely nothing to do with skating. I see a spot and my mind just wanders to all the fun tricks I could try there.

Of all games to freeze on you, a Souls game is the worst. Especially when you're in a new area you haven't been yet and have already made a good amount of progress. Other then that annoying setback, I'm enjoying my first play through of Demon's Souls.

Just beat GoW 3 for the first time. I really enjoyed 2 but 3 is definitely my favorite from the original trilogy. I look forward to replaying the amazing GoW 2018 soon with the complete knowledge of what went down in the first 3 games.

Incantation on Netflix is legit af. I love horror movies but they don't typically scare me like horror games do. This one legit creeped me out a few times and easily became a new favorite of mine. Highly recommend for horror fans.

Just got back from watching The Black Phone. It's really good! The gf and I enjoyed it a lot more then we were expecting we would. Definitely recommend for horror/thriller fans.

Holy shit...That God of War 3 opening was awesome.

Which game hooked you on gaming? I started on the NES and Genesis and I'll always love the games on them but it wasn't until I played Chrono Trigger that I became fully pulled in and fell in love with the industry. Which game did it for you?
