Happy Friday boys and babes. I may have misplaced my avatar. Such is things.
Well, this is my last weekend of drinking away the all-encompassing loneliness and in celebration, Notch is getting married. So that's pretty rad. Hey, who wants to play Minecraft? Yeah you do!
Okay, swell. How do we do these contest things again? Uh. Hm. Hey, howsabout this? I dug the stories from metrocrap's last contest. Let's work with that.
Minecraft's been the talk of the town for awhile now. Why haven't you played it yet? What've you been doing instead? What was so dang important? Give me a story. Something bold. Something brave. Something that pulls at the heartstrings or yanks at the funny bone. Whatever you got. Objectively best comment as I judge them wins a Minecraft gift code. We'll let this disaster of a poorly-thought-out-but-well-intentioned train wreck chug along its merry course until Monday at whenever-I-get-around-to-it o'clock. Make it quickie.
Speaking of quickies, sorry about the short blog here. I don't really know what to say. Contest yeaaaaaaahhhhh.
Also, did you know Alexisonfire broke up? Feel free to weep openly, but don't let it bring down your contesting spirit. #fillingspace

I�m a gamer. Take a minute and get over that shock. I can say I�m an Xbox man, though I�ll support anything that advances gaming (I love you Sackboy). I�ve also got a DS Chunky, so I can take this whole nerd thing on the road.
As far as genres, shooters and western RPGs top my list. Halo, Fable, and Morrowind, for instance, rock my socks hard. Of course other things, stuff like Animal Crossing and Kingdom Hearts, do their share of stocking rocking.
In the world outside of buttons and pixels, I�m an engineering student (that nerd thing I mentioned? I do it hardcore) on the west coast of the Great White North. I�m a fan of a harder rock, bands like Breaking Benjamin and Hurt, though I�ll kick it (very much figuratively) to stuff ranging from The Fray through Franz Ferdinand to Five Finger Death Punch. Optimus Prime is my hero, but I do love Starscream. Finally, thumbs up to you for reading this. You�re never getting that time back.
