Seven hours of trying to get Xenoblade Chronicles 3 SE and I just can't understand why Nintendo of America is so bad with this franchise.

After much consideration, I've decided to abandon the Final Fantasy XIII saga altogether and move on to Pokemon Legends: Arceus.

Apparently Kate Bush is popular again because of Stranger Things. I haven't seen the show in a while, but I'm always rocking Kate Bush around these parts.

Alright, I think it's time I bail on Final Fantasy XIII. I'm 20 hours in, riding the Ark and I just don't know if I have it in me to care about this game anymore and I really don't want to have to go through the effort to upgrade all my weapons.

Watched the third Fantastic Beasts film on HBO Max and while it's not as awful as the second one, it's still breathtakingly stupid and I just hope Warner Bros opts not to fund the next two films. Not just because she's gross, but because these films suck

Alright, I'm 10 hours into FFXIII and it's really starting to piss me off. Also, I LOVE the Paradigm Shift system. I just hate having to do a lot of maintenance with it before boss battles.

Playing through Final Fantasy XIII before it gets taken off Game Pass and GOOD LORD is the first chapter awful.

When I got my current, non-Destructoid job, I thought it was it. I thought I would work here until I retired. Three years later, I've had all I can stand of the West Coast. So, starting next week, I'm back on that job hunt. East Coast here I come.

Watching Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness makes me want to revive the superhero world I created back in college and start trying to write that again.

There is so much cottonwood pollen in the air right now my town is like a real-life version of Touch Fuzzy, Get Dizzy for people with allergies.

This week at my real job was the most stressful week of the year and it's finally over so I can relax for the next 51 weeks.

How weird this and Occam's b-day (which stands for big dick day) fall on the same day?!

Next month, I turn 37. As I count down the days, I'm reminded that I am not where I thought I'd be at this point in my life. I've squandered too much of my time, but that changes this year. Because this year I'm finally going to write my goddamn novel.

FYI: Destructoid will be undergoing some maintenance this morning and the site may be inaccessible for an hour or so today while we update. Resist the temptation to read or visit other video game sites. UPDATE: Looks like we're all clear. Go Seahawks!

My copy of Metroid Dread arrived today. As excited as I am to play it, I think I'm going to go through the whole Metroid Saga first. Tomorrow I'll start Zero Mission, then Returns, Super Metroid, Other M, Fusion, and finally Dread. Let Octroid begin!

Despite its small storage, I think Valve is being incredibly aggressive with its pricing of the Steam Deck. I think there are a lot of PC players who are going to jump on it, but I don't know how well it'll speak to people who aren't primary PC players.

After more than a decade it's about time I say goodbye to this white boy. Thanks for everything you did. Sorry I didn't use you more. :(

Just watched the third episode of Loki and boy it seems like the set/environment designers are big fans of The Outer Worlds.

Lenovo IdeaPad S340, 512GB SSD, 12GB Ram, Integrated GPU, AMD Ryzen 7 3700U 2.3G (Just in case I do more PC coverage and people want to know what I'm running.)

Flashback to EGLX where I met these handsome fellows.

Babe don't threaten me with a good time

I just want to give a shout-out to our community for bearing with us as we transition to our new site. I know it hasn't gone smoothly and there are still kinks to be worked out, but to reiterate what Moyse said, this is a necessary move for our future.
