Three very important news developments: Tonberries are in Strange of Paradise (hype), After Hours is coming to the Criterion Collection (Hype), and I got engaged over the weekend (HYPE)

Gaj's Eva posts inspired me to finally watch the 2nd Rebuild. Suffered from some pacing issues in the beginning but the second half was pretty good. Interested to see it all fly off a cliff in the third one (so so I'm told)

Managed to win my semi-final game in my Cuba Libre tournament as what could be considered to be the hardest to win as. FINALS HERE I COME!

I know nothing about wrestling, but watching Logan Paul go through an anthropomorphic bottle of Prime to break a table is enough to make me pay attention.

I know time hasn't been kind on LA Noire thanks to McNamara being revealed as a literal slave driver but I can't express how much of a joy the game was for someone who grew up with noir movies. I wish we would get another AAA detective game but alas...

After years of being fascinated with the man, I finally watched my first Orson Welles movie last night. I won't say his late work on frozen pea commercials ruined Touch of Evil for me but I definitely could hear glimpses of what he would soon become.

The meme has peaked, we now wade into a time of mirthful chuckles at things that try but don't quite reach the height of an AI voice trashing Chicago style "pizza" as a demi-God villain.

Won my first round tournament game of Cuba Libre and I'm so jacked up over a nerdy ass war game that I could scream. LFG!!

Because I want an excuse to post and talk about the opening of Disco Elysium, I wanna know what your favorite opening(s) to a game is.

I'm barely an hour in and I'm already back on the bus ride home from school on a cold winters evening. It's dark out because the sun sets before I get done with band practice. The light of my SP is bright and I wonder if we're having pot roast again...
