Good morning from the Santa Monica Pier at Venice Beach. Sorry, but I had to take this photo, especially with my rental car.

Mr. Waffles and his Wafflette highly enjoyed Universal Studios. Off to the next adventure.

Second stop was California Donuts. Open 24 hours and when we got there some cops were having a feast. Pretty similar to Voodoo. Heading to Universal Studios now. So far this trip is making up for missing out on playing Persona 5 on day one.

We landed safely in LA last night, first stop was Korean BBQ. It shits on my area's (Portland) Korean BBQ. Apparently, we ate upside down according to Qpost.

So, I'm going on a vacation to LA tomorrow with my girlfriend for 4 days and 3 nights. We're going to Universal Studios on Tuesday and gonna be on The Late Late Show with James Corden on Wednesday. I am staying with a friend who's going to show us around.

I know I haven't been around much lately, but that'll change soon. Still attacking my backlog, focusing on Nioh and Yakuza 0 and over halfway done with them. Got an idea for my next C-Blog that I might start next week. Anyway, hope you're all doing great.

You'd think with a username like mine, I'd eat breakfast every morning so I don't go into work feeling like ass. I just can't wake up earlier to eat, even though I regret it pretty much every time. Hope you're all having a great day.

How not to piss off your girlfriend while gaming late night. Although, the sounds of Kiryu beating ass and delivering pizza in Yakuza 0 seem to put her to sleep pretty well. Happy International Women's Day!

Personally, I'm not gonna have a Switch until this fall. But it is really awesome to see so many of you excited for it and Zelda.

Backlog continues to be pushed back cause of these gems. Oh yeah, I beat Resident Evil VII last week. I rate it 8.5/10. Needed more boulder-punching.

Sometimes, a game hits too close to home and just connects with you on a personal level. This is one of those times.

Got John Wick on 4K Blu-ray, had no idea it came with a Steam code for Payday 2 and John Wick DLC. Dunno if these games are any good but I'm gonna find out. Regardless, what an awesome bonus.

Stuck at work, just wanna watch John Wick: Chapter 2. Then, I realize how much I want Hotline Miami 3. Then, I realize Hotline Miami is basically John Wick: The Game. Then, I realize I want a PlatinumGames developed John Wick in the style of Vanquish

I wish more games had a customizable UI. Or at least a removable HUD. Sometimes I wanna appreciate the beauty (or ugliness) of a game without a million mini-maps being blasted in my face.

Just finished FFXV, loved it. My 2016 GOTY so far (my huge backlog includes Watch Dogs 2 and Dishonored 2 so it could change). It might not have the best gameplay mechanics and the story could've been tidied in places, but I enjoyed the shit out of it.
