Introducing... myself

Well, I thought I may as well make myself known on the C-Blogs. I managed to stumble across Destructoid a long time ago, but never made an account here. However, recently I've been looking for a new community to join and thought Dtoid would be a nice place, so let me introduce myself.

I'm a games writer from Britain. I write for a few sites and do freelance shit in between. I own an Xbox 360, Xbox, PS1, N64, a Wii and a DS. I used to own a SNES and an NES but they broke a long time ago. I love anything retro and anything that gets me thinking as well as things such as Rock Band.

My favourite system was the Dreamcast, although I never owned it. I used to visit my friend's house every so often to play on the Dreamcast or I would loiter in games and electronics stores to play on the display version. (At the time of the Dreamcast I had no money at all, so couldn't buy one.)

I usually have about 4 games on the go at once. At the moment, it's The World Ends With You, Trauma Cetre: Under the Knife 2, Kameo and Apollo Justice. My favourite game of all time will probably have to be Goldeneye for the N64 because it really defined the shooter genre and is one of the very few movie tie in games that was actually any good. Anything by Tim Schafer such as Psychonauts is a thumbs up in my book.

So that's a little about me and I'm looking forward to becoming part of the Destructoid community
