TGIF Open Thread!

Good morning Destructoid! It's that lovely time of the week! It's Friday!

And I'm soooo happy it is! This week was definitely back and forth when it comes to work but whatevs, I'm over it. I'm just exhausted and want to sleep in. Which is exactly what I plan on doing tomorrow lol In the middle of the week, we got hit hard by some monsoon rain. The thunder rocked our house hard at 2am and the dogs started freaking out. Brock wouldn't stop barking and Luna went up to our little puppy guard gate like she was about to throw paws. Calmed them down and then they basically decided to sleep ontop of me the rest of the night. It was both adorable and exhausting as I got awful sleep. But ohhh well. Anything for my cute pups.

I ALMOST gave up on Death Stranding. I was sooo close to putting it down and being done with it. I was getting sick of not really being able to properly defend myself against humans and just running away. Plus, making long trips back and forth while trying not to topple over was getting old. After getting a sort of exo suit that helped out with that a looot and the cool little rope throwing gun, my mood immediately changed. Especially when I got a bike AND a truck! I'm a happy delivery man now and I believe I'm almost done wiith chapter 3. Just found out more about that Fragile character and wow. What a messed up situation...I love it!...Though, I'm not sure why this game is as fun as it is lol

Celebrated my 33rd b-day on Monday. Gross! Because it was my b-day and I cried because I wanted to, I didn't end up going to the movies because I'm an old grumpy fuck when my age number goes up. I just wanted to relax and enjoy the weekend. So I did haha We stayed home, ate some good food and watched a horror movie we haven't seen before, The Wretched. It's on Netflix and we both actually really enjoyed it. So THIS weekend, I promise, I'm going to go see Thor because if I delay one more time, the gf will kill me.
