It means that they’re going to make it better. It means that they’re going to make it better. It means that they’re going to make it better…**silently cries to self**
Alright, so Star Fox Zero got delayed, and that’s okay. Infact, if you’ve read some of the reactions since the reveal at E3 2015, it’s probably for the best. I’ve read some conflicting opinions about the graphics of the game, the worries about the length of the game, and of course whether or not the game would even have multiplayer (Please add multiplayer, Nintendo. Online and offline.) In retrospect, I should have seen this coming. Plus, Nintendo’s not hurting for holiday releases this year (in America at least; Wii U's got nothing in Japan for the Holidays, apparently.) In a few months I’ll have the options of Super Mario Maker, Yoshi’s Wooly, Xenoblade Chronicles X, Fatal Frame 5, Devil’s Third, and Mario Ultra Tennis. (Not that I’ll be able to afford any of them after Mario Maker, fucking student loans.)
Point is, this can only be a good thing. Good on Miyamoto and his team for not rushing the game’s development for Christmas; I would have loved to play the game this year, warts and all, but I would also love to see the project reach its fullest potential and play that instead. Plus, it just means more Nintendo in 2016! The Wii U has gaaaaayyyyeeeeemmmmmeeeesssss!!!
