This Sober Morning (Thank GoG!)

This is a follow-up post to my last post. In that post I got drunk and was whining about how Divinity OS hasn't been on Sale on GoG recently.

Well, I'm here to tell all of you that if you pray long enough and hard enough, GoG will listen and answer your prayers.

Thank GoG; for it is truly generous beyond what we mortals deserve. Also, thank Gaj, who lent me the strength to persevere through the dark tunnels of impatience and onward to the light of over 30% off sales.

Come to think of it, I haven't seen much coverage of this week's GoG sale, so I'll describe it here briefly. They are calling it a “Tower Sale”. Since Monday (I believe) they have been introducing new levels to the tower. Early on they had a Divinity bundle which only contained the old games. That kind of dashed my hopes because I thought the best chance of getting a Divinity:OS sale would have been with the older Divinities bundle. Thankfully not! :D Divinity: OS was added this morning as the finale to the tower sale. Top tier indeed.

They have a lot of good bundles on there. I don't want to go over it all, so I'll just mention my highlights. Divinity OS (obv), older Divinity games, Mount & Blade games, original Deus Ex, Outlast, Amnesia: TDD, Dust: AET, Spelunky, and both Baldur's Gate.

Just to be clear, this is not a paid promotion or anything (I wish!). In a month, I'll probably be back to whining about the lack of GoG sales for Pillars of Eternity.
