Why I love Destructoid.
With the Introduction of HUGE, I thought it would be a good time to maybe start doing one of these here community blog things. What better place to get started other then why I personally love Destructoid.
For me a HUGE percentage of my love for Destructoid is its staff, and Niero himself. They are always interacting with the community through all sorts of channels. Recently I had a question about blocking tracking cookies and if that hurt Dtoids revenue, so I shot Niero a message on facebook and he answered me the next day. The Lovely Jim Sterling is interacting with fans and community members all day through facebook, Twitter, and e-mails of penis pictures that he loves receiving. Johnathan Holmes is a lovely boy.
The other is the content of the site, there is always news coming up and some of the most Hard Hitting Garme Jurnaizlems you can find on these here interwebs. Its the sense of humor that really gives Dtoid its charm. Being independently owned really makes every thing they do seem genuine. I have never seen a review and thought "well this is just another score to get mentioned on the cover with the Igns and the PCgamer". I might not always agree with them but they are honest and fair, well written and they give you a good starting point to figure out if this is a game you would like to play. Jim Sterling has fat tits.
There is also podtoid, which is a thing that exists. That I may or may not partaking in the listening of..... WHERES PODTOID?
But on a serious note I just want to thank Dtoid for being a thing that exists on the interwebs that is made of 100% pure awesome. And I want to wish all the staff and community the best. I Have had some great times being around Dtoid, One of my favorite was running around pax east this year wearing the Dtoid helmet. I dont have any cosplay talent and have always been interested in it, so that's as close as i will ever get!

Just some guy that just plays way to many games and thinks to much =D
